  Set before and during the events of the sequel trilogy, Star Wars Resistance follows a young pilot named Kazuda Xiono who is recruited by the Resistance to spy on the growing threat of the First Order. This CGI animated series has a distinct, almost anime-inspired art style and is aimed at a younger audience, focusing on themes of friendship and courage. It provides a look at the early days of the Resistance and the First Order from the perspective of those not directly involved in the main saga's central conflict, particularly highlighting starfighter pilots and the Colossus refueling platform.
